Charminar

Chowmahalla Palace

The southern courtyard has four palaces- Aftab Mahal, Mahtab Mahal, Taniyat Mahal, and Afzal Mahal. Since 2005, the palace has been open for visitors, and some of its highlights include Roshan Bungalow, Council Hall, Clock Tower, and Khilwat Mubarak.

Birla Mandir

Located on the hill of Kalapahad, the name of the Birla Mandir had been derived from the industrialist Birlas, who constructed similar temples in several states of the country. Made in 1976, it took approximately 2000 tonnes of marble from Rajasthan to build this stunning architecture.

The Birla Mandir has an amazing 11 feet tall statue of Lord Lakshminarayana with a humongous lotus circulating it. It has many other shrines for deities such as Andal, Padmavati, and Venkateswara. Qutub Shahi Tombs

Birla Planetarium

On the museum's first floor, there are 20 galleries alone, and the second floor has 18 galleries. The artifacts held in this museum have been significantly collected by Nawab Turba Ali Khan (Salar Jung I) and Mir Yousuf Ali Khan (Salar Jung III), along with the other descendants.

Durgam Cheruvu Park

Located near the Hi-Tech city, the Durgam Cheruvu is between many granite rocks and is also referred to as the Secret Lake by many people. It has another name, Madhapur Lake. Among locals, it is considered that the water of this lake would have been used as drinking water in the previous centuries at Golconda Fort.
