This Department has a major role in our organization and we have dedicated delivery departments at every branch in pan India.Traning for these departments is down at four regions on a same day.
Our basic training for this department is everyday check of consignment arrivals at their respective destinations.
Receiving of pre – alerts from booking branches and coordinating according with the clients. They coordinate with traffic departments.
Once the vehicle arrives at destination based on the truck load manpower is arranged and sent to customers place at a estimated time given.
Once the Unloading/unpacking is done, they take feedback from the customers on our services and their expectations.
We analyse the delivery department’s performance by recieveing the feedback forms of the customers and accordingly take measure for betterment.
