Nedungad is a small island located in the Ernakulam district of Kerala state, in southern
India. It is located on the east side of Nayarambalam. The town is spread across an area of
about 9.02 square kilometres. It is situated
at an elevation of about 13 m above sea level. According to the 2011 census, Nedungad has a
total population of 20000. The literacy rate of Nedungad is 100%.
